Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• “GuessLess”, “we”, “us”: the company that operates GL Suite.
• “Service” or “GL Suite”: the ecosystem of tools we make available.
• “User”, “you”: the individual or entity that accesses or subscribes to the Service.
• “User Content”: data, text, files, and materials you submit to the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GL Suite is a set of software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and analytics. Available features depend on your subscription plan and may evolve over time.

We may add, change, or discontinue features while seeking to preserve the essential characteristics of your plan.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service you must create an account with true, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as contracted) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until cancellation.

Add-ons and additional features (such as extra properties) may be billed separately, as indicated at the time of purchase. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the period already paid, with no further renewal. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts already paid are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• submit unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content;
• attempt to access restricted areas, bypass usage limits, or compromise the Service’s security;
• use the Service to send spam or unauthorized communications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its brand, code, design, and other elements are owned by GuessLess and protected by law. These Terms grant you no intellectual property rights beyond a limited license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it to the Service, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process it.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We operate in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

10. Availability and Support

We strive to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. Support is provided through the official channels indicated in the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuessLess is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided “as is”.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or misuse. You may close your account at any time, subject to the cancellation conditions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of GuessLess’s registered office are elected to resolve disputes, except where a different jurisdiction applies by law, such as the consumer’s domicile.
