A contract shaped around the system you actually need.
What changes in a corporate agreement is the set of controls: identity, isolated environments, audit exports, hosting, service levels and dedicated support. Each one is agreed in the order, product by product.
What can be agreed in the order.
Not every control applies to every product. The list below is what exists today or is agreed by contract. If it is not here, we will tell you we do not have it.
Corporate login
Authentication through the company's identity provider, depending on product scope. Where it does not exist yet, we give a timeline.
Isolated environments
Data separated per organisation in every product, with the option of a dedicated project for those who need physical isolation.
Log exports
A record of who did what in the products, exported on request for your compliance.
Data in Brazil
The site and products run in Vercel's São Paulo region. The database region is agreed per project.
Objectives and escalation
Availability objective and response windows by severity, written into the order.
Named engineering
Direct contact with the people who built it, architecture reviews and one responsible person on our side.
Contractual basis
Data processing addendum aligned with the LGPD. Customer data does not train models without explicit agreement.
Adjustable terms
Invoicing, volume and corporate purchasing flows agreed case by case. Security documentation for your questionnaire.
Shall we draft your order?
Tell us what the operation needs and which controls your procurement or security team requires. We come back with the scope and what we can commit to.
