How we build custom software.
A practical overview of discovery, delivery, responsibility, security and handover in the systems we build with clients.
From day one to operation.
- 01
Discovery and context
We start by observing the daily work: who does what, under which constraints of connectivity, device and channel, and where the data flows today. We leave with the core problem written in one sentence.
- 02
Minimal architecture and prototype
We design the smallest system that solves that problem. We would rather have a working prototype in someone's hands than a forty-page requirements document.
- 03
Delivery in short cycles
We put working software live in short, verifiable cycles. Each cycle ends with evidence of use, not with a demo.
- 04
Governance, security and handover
Depending on the contract, we keep operating with dedicated monitoring or do a clean handover: code, documentation and access for your team.
Deliverables, responsibility and acceptance.
Defined deliverables
Every cycle has a written scope and a definition of done agreed before it starts.
Shared responsibilities
It is clear what is ours, what is yours and who decides when something changes midway.
Acceptance and validation
Acceptance happens in real use, with the people who will operate the system. Not on a slide.
Security and data
Least access necessary, a record of who did what, and client data treated as client data.
Ready to scope a system?
Tell us the problem and the constraints. We come back with the smallest scope worth building.
