Acceptable Use Policy
What may not be done with GL Suite products and systems.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This policy applies to all GL Suite products and to the custom systems we build and operate. It supplements the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Enterprise Terms. Using the service means agreeing to it.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- create, distribute or host malicious code, or attempt to access systems without authorisation;
- test the security of the service without arranging it with us first (see the Security page for the right channel);
- send unsolicited bulk messages, including via WhatsApp, or impersonate another person or company;
- enter third-party personal data without a legal basis to process it;
- deliberately overload the infrastructure or circumvent usage limits.
2. Regulated workflows
Products that touch marketing, customer service and data help execute the work; they do not replace legal, accounting or regulatory advice. Anyone using the service in regulated sectors remains responsible for complying with sector rules, including consumer communication and data protection rules.
3. AI-generated content
Text, analyses and recommendations produced with AI in the products are decision support. Review before publishing or acting, especially where statements about third parties, health, finance or law are involved.
4. Investigation and enforcement
We may investigate signs of violation, limit or suspend access while we look into it, and terminate accounts on confirmed violation. We cooperate with authorities where the law requires. Whenever possible, we give notice before acting.
5. How to report
To report a violation of this policy: contato@glsuite.io.
